Talent development
Locating where we are on the contribution cycle, how we contribute and the next stage in raising that contribution

This day enables participants to take control of their own development in a way that is beneficial to themselves and the organisation.

Participants are guided through the personal development process; they create an individual development plan designed to be used as the basis for on-going contribution discussions with their manager/ coach. This plan ascertains their present position and aspirations for:

Career orientation

  • Contribution cycle - where they are in terms of career best
  • Contribution stage - level at which they are working
  • 360 feedback with positioning relative to best practice in their role

The session culminates in the completion of a Talent Development plan. Based on more than 20 years of research on performance and development, TalentDevelopment incorporates Novations proprietary Four Stages" of Contribution Model.
