Starting with the basics, moving on to the GROW model and finishing with intensive practice, this session equips the leader to equip others.
Trainees develop a template for continued future use
Case studies - specific to the group - are used to bring reality to the training. Participants are trained to diagnose performance issues and coach a resolution.
